Successful Candidate must currently reside in the Moncton New Brunswick or surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Greeting and assisting visitors or clients
Ordering office supplies, etc.
Organizing and maintaining files, both digital and physical, for Accounts Payable and Receivable
Mailing using postage meter, and upkeep of such
Accounts Receivable Collections
Full Accounts Payable process
Emailing Accounts Receivable invoices, statements, and filing
Updating and upkeep of 8X8 online phone system
Weekly bank reconciliation
Building finished goods & moving inventory in our system
Handling confidential information with discretion
Other miscellaneous admin duties as required
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of discretion and professionalism
