Job Description

We are looking for a tech?savvy, quick?learning, and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part?time, in?office basis. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or student finishing a university or college program who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment.
You don't necessarily need prior administrative experience - We're looking for someone who is naturally organized, comfortable with technology, and able to build strong relationships. If you enjoy being the "go?to" person, learning quickly, and using digital tools (including AI) to make work more efficient, this is a great opportunity to start your career, with the potential for the right candidate to grow into a full-time role.
What You'll Do

  • Work along-side the Executive Assistant and Advisors managing daily office tasks
  • Use digital and AI tools to streamline work, improve processes and workflows
  • Book meetings and manage schedules
  • Handle email, mail, and internal communications
  • Maintain organized digital files
  • Prepare client files and assist with client onboarding
  • Update client information across systems
  • Generate basic insurance quotes and support proposals
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative office environment
Who You Are
  • A recent or soon to be university or college graduate
  • Tech?savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools, including AI
  • Quick-thinking, adaptable, and eager to take initiative
  • Personable and relationship?oriented--people naturally gravitate toward you
  • Organized, detail?focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communicator with clear, professional writing and speaking skills
  • Curious, proactive, and excited to grow in a financial services environment
  • Able to work in-office daily, starting part?time hours with potential to grow into full-time
  • Experience in an office environment or administrative role is an asset but not required.
  • French language skills are an asset.
