Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Executive
We are hiring a full-time, in-person Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Executive for our Mississauga office. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, outspoken, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a busy office environment.

We are a client-focused professional services firm based in Mississauga, working closely with students and clients across the GTA. Our work involves appointments, documentation, and day-to-day administrative coordination. We value clear communication, professionalism, and good customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone calls professionally
Book, confirm, and manage appointments and calendars
Provide courteous and prompt customer service to clients and visitors
Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy document access
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
Proofread documents before sharing or filing
Support daily admin work such as scanning, copying, emailing, and mailing documents
Coordinate meetings and follow up with clients as required
Handle client records and documentation (experience with medical or dental offices is an asset, not mandatory)
Requirements:
Fluent in
English, Hindi, and Punjabi (mandatory)
Confident speaker with good phone etiquette
Strong multitasking and organisational skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, email, WhatsApp)
Candidate must be in Canada and legally eligible to work
