About the Role
This position supports both administrative and sales functions.
You will work closely with our team to keep projects organized, customers informed, and internal processes running efficiently. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, brings a friendly and upbeat energy, and works well with others. We provide training, structure, and long-term growth opportunities into sales admin or project management.
Responsibilities
correspond with customers daily (email, phone, CRM messages)
prepare contracts, invoices, estimates, and project paperwork
order supplies and coordinate deliveries
data entry and CRM updates with high accuracy
maintain organized records for potential, active, and scheduled projects
provide general administrative support to the team
assist customers with material and pattern selections (training provided)
support sales meetings (notes, prep, follow-ups)
post content and communicate on social media following a provided plan (training provided)
use digital tools, templates, and systems to streamline tasks
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
strong English writing and communication skills
tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools quickly
ability to work independently without micromanagement
friendly, professional communication style
good design sense / eye for aesthetics
Nice-to-haves:
basic social media knowledge
experience or interest in design or construction
comfort working in a fast-paced small business environment
CRM experience
Hours & Work Structure
25-35 hours per week
flexible hours within 8:00-19:00 window
in-office during probation
hybrid model afterward (three required in-office days)
Compensation
20-25 CAD/hour
