Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in



mortgages, financial products, or related administrative work. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Punjabi

and English, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to mortgage agents and financial consultants Prepare and organize client documents, applications, and compliance forms Manage incoming calls, emails, and client scheduling Maintain accurate records and assist with underwriting packages Support daily operations, file management, and general office tasks
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage administration, financial services, or similar role Strong understanding of basic mortgage products and financial terminology Fluent in Punjabi and English (spoken and written) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with computers, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Strong customer service and communication skills
