Tri-Phase is an environmental and construction company that is located in Mississauga, Ontario. We provide numerous services ranging from demolition, soil and groundwater remediation to drilling.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an administrative assistant.
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- assisting project managers and estimators on a day to day basis to prepare and send out estimates and quotes
- assist with all Requests for Proposals (RFPs) including RFSQs, RFQs, etc.
- source new leads for the business through company's contacts and websites
- prepare files as required for leads and projects
- prepare billing for clients based on pre-approved rates as well as time and material unit rates
- coordinate with vendors and trades
- prepare start-up documentation and ongoing documentation for clients
- find lodging and stays for workers
- utilize our project management software to complete all required information for leads and projects
- prepare written proposals for certain jobs and leads
- ensure documentation for projects are up to date and contain all required information
- maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
- resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and emails
Job Skills:
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Must be personable and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong Attention to detail
- Must be proficient in Microsoft word and excel
- Must have excellent written and communication skills
