Tasks

Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Open and distribute mail and other materials Plan and organize daily operations Train staff Establish and implement policies and procedures Determine and establish office procedures and routines Schedule and confirm appointments Compile data, statistics and other information Order office supplies and maintain inventory Oversee payroll administration Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
