Qualifications & Skills
Strong customer service orientation with a sales-driven mindset
Highly proficient in data entry, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel
Comfortable using Zoom and other video platforms
Excellent communication skills (written, text, email, and verbal)
Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and punctual
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
Ability to communicate in more than one language (an asset)
Previous experience in service sales is an asset
Strong ability to follow up with students to complete outstanding documents and files
Primary Responsibilities
Provide professional and polite service to all employees, management, and students
Adhere to legislated safety and workplace standards
Review invoices and maintain financial accuracy
Perform data entry, file management, and clerical support
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Assist other departments as needed
Maintain and organize office documents and records
Enroll students, guide them through administrative processes, and ensure compliance with college standards
Contact, interview, and follow up with prospective students, keeping files up to date
Work closely with new students to ensure they start on time with completed paperwork
Generate referrals through excellent customer service
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a private career college, preferably in a front desk Administrative Assistant role
Experience supporting student enrollment and compliance processes
