Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.
Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining an orderly office environment.
Utilize Microsoft Office,
administrative functions.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Prior clerical experience in a medical or dental office is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Positive phone etiquette and customer support abilities to enhance client interactions.
Previous experience in the insurance is a plus
