We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to become part of our dynamic team. The working hours for this position will be 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, during the late afternoon and evening.
Job Duties:
Varied responsibilities including marketing, hiring, accounting, and administrative tasks.
Assistance with contracting, new business development, and hiring appointments.
Involvement in marketing initiatives, training programs, social media management and policy mailing (own car required).
Coordination of events, presentations, commissions, and lead distribution.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in the Life Insurance Industry is an asset.
University degree is a nice-to-have.
