Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Tasks

Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals Open and distribute mail and other materials Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Order office supplies and maintain inventory Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Recruit and hire staff Maintain and manage digital database

Supervision

3-4 people Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English * Hours: 33 to 40 hours per week
