Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Tasks

Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Open and distribute mail and other materials Plan and organize daily operations Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Compile data, statistics and other information Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Provide customer service Maintain and manage digital database Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English * Hours: 30 hours per week
