? Stay up-to-date on local real estate market trends
? Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
? Track your lead and appointment progress, follow-ups and results to make sure all sales goals are met
? Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline
? Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls, text and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline & CRM
? Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
? Update leads regularly apply tasks and Auto-Plans based on their specific needs and search criteria
? Communicate with Agents regularly getting the most up to date information on assigned qualified leads, appointments, status, signing of contracts, etc...
? Keep up with regular media property inquiries & comments (Facebook, Instagram, Kijiji)
? Outbound Lead Generation
Qualifications:
? Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
? Sales experience, corporate or retail, is an asset
? High school diploma required
? MUST live in Simcoe County & possess a valid CAD driver's license
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important
? High energy, positive attitude, self motivation and drive
? Great organization & time management skills
? The ability to accurately input regular data and updates
? A strong work ethic and ability to work independently
? A passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals
? Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technology
? Generate leads and build a client base through various channels, including networking, referrals, online marketing
? Familiarity with technology (Google and Microsoft Software)

Compensation:
