Administrative Assistant
Location- Markham (Highway 7 & Woodbine)
Hours- Monday to Friday 9:30am-5:30pm
Salary- $75,000-$85,000 (will go higher for the right candidate)
Benefits- After 3 months + 2 weeks' vacation
Perks- Yearly bonus (based on company performance) and 4 days a week in office & 1 day WFH
Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of CA firm experience within an accounting firm
  • Must have experience with CASEWARE/JAZZIT
  • Must have experience with IFIRM or TAXPREP
  • Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel)
Job Duties:
  • Editing financial statements
  • Forwarding statements to clients by email or portal
  • Correspondence using MS Word
  • Electronic filing of corporate and personal income tax returns
  • Filing and some reception
  • Scanning and tracking documents
  • Updating and maintaining database
  • Invoicing
  • Creating monthly filing lists using Excel
  • Communicate with clients
