We are currently looking for a
detail-oriented Administrative Assistant
to support our day-to-day operations and help keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Data entry and updating client information
Preparing, scanning, and organizing documents (digital & physical)
Submitting insurance and investment paperwork
Following up on missing forms and documents
Booking meetings and basic calendar coordination
Handling routine administrative emails using templates
General office administration and filing
Occasional support for firm events (may include off-hours assistance)
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using email, computers, and basic office software
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow processes
Able to handle repetitive tasks accurately
Prior administrative or office experience is an asset, but not required
Ability to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a bonus
Finance or insurance experience is a bonus, but not required

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
