We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties



Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for correspondence, report creation, and scheduling Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for executives or departments Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, maintaining office equipment, and organizing files Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously Assist with personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements and task prioritization Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies

Skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent typing speed and accuracy, along with good proofreading Effective communication skills both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are advantageous Demonstrated customer service experience with professional phone etiquette and support skills Knowledge of clerical procedures including filing, data entry, and document management Ability to manage calendars efficiently and prioritize tasks using strong time management skills Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; relevant experience in office settings is valued
