We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our agents and office operations.

The

Administrative Assistant

will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our real estate office. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with real estate processes.

Main Responsibilities



Answer phone calls, book appointments, greet walk-in clients/agents, input messages using internal paging system Issuing, scanning, photocopying, faxing, revising documents Maintain transaction files and ensure compliance with real estate regulations Assist agents and clients with questions and concerns Maintain and co-ordinate office supplies Update and maintain office policies and procedures Update TREB and BROKERBAY systems Design digital posters for marketing Support agents with general administrative needs Other administrative/reception related duties

Qualifications



Previous administrative experience (real estate or brokerage experience preferred) Minimum high school education, preferable in college/diploma Fluent in English and Chinese (preferably both Cantonese and Mandarin) Working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Photoshop
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
