We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Administrative Assistant to the team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations and projects to ensure a smooth workflow within the home office environment. You'll play a key role in managing data, documents, and other essential duties.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
Assist with data entry, organization, and analysis using Microsoft Excel
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence in Microsoft Word
Ability to follow instructions precisely while working efficiently and independently
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity
Support the home office with various clerical duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent, or higher education
Experience
Demonstrated experience in Excel and Word
Excellent reliability, organizational and time-management skills
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new skills as required
Strong typing skills and attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
Demonstrated professionalism and positive working relationships
