This role requires flexibility--balancing office administration, marketing, communication with parents, and occasional classroom assistance when needed.

Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Scheduling
Manage the Principal's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate school events.
Handle confidential documents and records with discretion.
Support daily operational tasks including filing, documentation, and record management.
Track expenses and assist with basic bookkeeping.
2. Parent & Student Communication
Greet and support students, parents, and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner.
Answer inquiries about programs, schedules, and school policies.
Communicate updates between staff, parents, and administration.
Assist with resolving concerns or redirecting them to appropriate staff.
3. Marketing & Promotion
Design simple posters and marketing materials using
Canva
(or similar tools).
Manage school social media platforms and run basic online campaigns.
Assist in planning and promoting school events, workshops, and activities.
Ensure consistent and professional school branding.
4. Educational Support
Occasionally assist teachers in the classroom (e.g., covering lessons or supervising students when needed).
Support class scheduling, attendance tracking, and activity coordination.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the student experience.
5. Coordination & Project Management
Maintain to-do lists and help manage project timelines.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners as required.
Contribute ideas for improving school operations and programs.
Qualifications
College Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education (ECE), Administration, or related field (preferred).
Prior
experience in education, teaching, or childcare
is a strong asset.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English; ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
Proficiency with MS Office, Canva (or other design tools), and social media management.
Must be able to drive and occasionally travel between school sites.
