Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front Desk Support
Warmly greet students, parents, and visitors with professionalism and a friendly attitude
Provide class information and answer inquiries clearly and accurately
Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, offering helpful and accurate assistance
Check in students for classes, give facility tours, and assist with new student enrollments
Keep families informed about schedules, updates, and upcoming events
Address questions, concerns, and feedback with a solution-focused approach
Administrative Duties
Process transactions for merchandise and refreshments using the POS system
Maintain and update member accounts, including class changes, billing inquiries, and enrollment updates
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Qualifications
College diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer proficiency with strong attention to detail
Punctual, reliable, and professional in all interactions
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to exceed expectations
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
Frequent talking in person and over the phone during shift
