Administrative Assistant
to join our dynamic team. This new position will play a crucial role in supporting our President and General Manager to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Duties
Assist the President with responding to client inquires and correspondence. Prepare, process and email sales orders and forms for completion by customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer purchases are handled with care.
Support staff with logistics, shipping and order tracking as required.
Collaborate with office administrative staff and accounting to ensure orders and paperwork flow is handled efficiently.
Engaging in direct communication with customers, including responding to requests for information, order status and documentation
Assist the Office Manager and administrative staff when required including data entry and reception.
Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
Experience
and Qualifications
:
Previous experience in sales or administrative support is preferred.
Previous experience with cross-border shipping required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing tasks and responsibilities.
A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Although post-secondary education is not a requirement, sufficient training or experience is necessary to carry out the above noted duties. We also require the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written communication. Proof reading and an attention to detail is required.
