We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. Experience sales are a plus. Experience and a passion for fitness is a must!
Responsibilities
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and organize electronic files ensuring easy access to information.
• Utilize payroll software.
• Handle phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members.
• Prepare documents and reports using Google Suite applications.
• Support the team with various administrative duties as needed.
• Social media posting and replying to inquiries
Skills
• Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong typing skills to facilitate efficient communication and documentation.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• People person who has a fantastic personality and who if energetic.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
