About the Role:


We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with computers, enjoys a variety of tasks, and is eager to support our office operations.

Responsibilities:



General administrative support Scanning, filing, and organizing documents Data entry and updating records Assisting with phone calls when needed Helping with social media updates Supporting client outreach and helping bring in new clients as needed Other office duties as assigned

Requirements:



Strong computer skills (email, basic software, and online platforms) Good communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work independently Willingness to learn new tasks Reliable and professional
