PJ Trailers Canada is a retail and wholesale trailer company, and manufacturer of the brand True North Trailers. We operate in four provinces and sell across Canada.
Responsibilities:
Attending to customer inquiries, whether by phone or walk-in
Receiving and routing calls, providing directory assistance, and directing inquiries to proper departments or individuals
Maintaining the reception area in an organized and professional manner
Promote the company with a positive customer friendly approach
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
Facilitate invoicing and receivables
Providing administrative support to management team
Maintaining a digital and physical file system
Perform monthly cash counts and inventory reconciliations
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
Experience interacting with the public in a retail and/or service environment, including sales and cash transactions (1 YEAR PREFERRED)
OR Experience working in an administrative role (1 YEAR PREFERRED)
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to collaborate with coworkers
Education:
Secondary school or provincial equivalency (PREFERRED)
Administrative certificates, diplomas or degrees are considered an asset
