Your Opportunity at SECURE
This role manages the full billing cycle for oilfield rental equipment and services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. It combines administrative support with client-facing responsibilities, requiring strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
This role is based out of Leduc, Alberta.
The Team
Youll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team that supports field operations and directly engages with clients. The group values strong communication, accountability, and a solution-oriented mindset to ensure smooth and accurate billing processes.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, office-based position within a dynamic and customer-focused environment; the role requires reliability, professionalism, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
A Day in The Life

  • Billing Clients in Rent Trac Set up the job with pricing and manage the entire billing cycle within each project from start to finish
  • Obtaining internal and external approvals of billing, either via email or entering into Open Ticket for customer approval
  • Export Field Ticket in Rent Trac and build PDF backup package to send to our head office
  • Dealing directly with customers in the field need to be personable with good customer service skills
  • Track billing to ensure the customer hasnt missed reporting billing days for equipment or service charges
  • Need Problem solving skills to investigate any discrepancies in data provided by clients or internally
  • Open Invoice coding of vendor invoices
  • Equipment Inventory Tracking Asset Panda
  • Ordering Supplies
  • Couriers, front desk duties
  • Safety Ticket Tracking for field/shop staff
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Sharepoint
  • General Admin Duties as required
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of office admin experience in industry, or recent graduate from a post secondary office admin program
  • Strong computer skills and ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop, nurture and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to be work effectively under pressure, meet demanding deadlines and manage changing priorities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment or independently as required
  • Maintain professional conduct at all times
  • A strong willingness to learn.
