- Hybrid role in downtown Montreal.Key Responsibilities:- Craft, edit, and format documents including letters, agreements, contracts, and presentations using MS Office Suite.
- Manage document processes including reformatting, scanning, copying, and faxing as required.
- Utilize Workshare Compare to ensure precise document comparisons.
- Maintain client data in the CRM system (Interaction).
- Support lawyers in business development initiatives and legal administrative tasks.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and correspondence using Outlook.
- Accurately input time entries into CMS and manage billing processes, including preparation of prebills and invoices.
- Organize and maintain electronic closing binders and handle dataroom documents.What You Bring:- A strong background in customer service, ideally in fast-paced industries like banking, real estate, legal offices, or similar environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Sharp attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and a solution-oriented mindset.Language Requirements: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
