Position overview:
We're looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our weekly operations and administrative workflow. Reporting directly to management, you'll play an essential role in organizing office activities and liaising between production and accounting.
Main responsibilities:
-Prepare and issue customer and supplier invoices
-Maintain filing systems and organize administrative records
-Participate in bookkeeping
-Track accounts receivable and payable
-Liaise with the bookkeeping and accounting team
-Assist with supply orders and office coordination
-Support management with various administrative and operational tasks
Assets (not required but considered an advantage):
-Experience in shipping and receiving
-Knowledge or experience in electronic manufacturing or assembly
-Familiarity with Excel or accounting/ERP systems
Profile:
-Bilingual French / English (mandatory)
-Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
-Strong communication and time-management skills
-Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role

Description du poste :
Nous recherchons un(e) adjoint(e) administratif(ve) a temps partiel pour soutenir les operations hebdomadaires et les taches administratives de l'entreprise.
Sous la supervision de la direction, vous jouerez un role cle dans la gestion quotidienne du bureau et la coordination entre la production et la comptabilite.
Responsabilites principales :
-Preparer et emettre les factures clients et fournisseurs (billing, invoicing)
-Classer et archiver les documents administratifs et comptables
-Collaborer avec le personnel de comptabilite externe (tenue de livres, paies, remises gouvernementales)
Suivre les paiements, comptes clients et fournisseurs
-Participer aux achats de fournitures administratives et d'atelier
-Soutenir la direction dans diverses taches administratives et de coordination
Atouts :
-Experience en expedition et reception
-Connaissance de base en fabrication ou assemblage electronique
-A l'aise avec Excel, logiciels comptables ou ERP
Profil recherche :
-Bilingue francais / anglais (obligatoire)
-Minutie, autonomie et sens de l'organisation
-Bonne communication et attitude proactive
-Experience pertinente dans un role administratif ou de soutien aux operations
