The Langley Lions Housing Society is an affordable housing provider in the City of Langley. The LLHS is looking for an
Administrative Assistant
to support our office team in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities may include
Answer/forward all incoming phone calls and emails
Typing documents/memos/notices
Faxing and scanning documents
Ordering office supplies
Updating data base information
Creating Purchase Orders / Work Orders
Preparing resident subsidy / rent contribution review application packages
Preparing new staff and resident packages
General administrative support services as required by property coordinators
Answer any inquiries from residents and visitors
Qualifications
Proficient MS office skills- Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
Experience in Arcori software preferred
Ability to work independently or part of a team.
Self-motivated, energetic & able to multitask
Strong communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
Hours of work
37.5 hours per week
7.5-hour shift
Monday through Friday
