POSITION SUMMARY:
Redwood Plastics and Rubber is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our branch in Langley, BC. As a vital member of our Administration team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing essential support to our various departments. With over 50 years of experience in manufacturing, our team manages the entire paper flow process--from order initiation to ensuring accurate, complete, and timely delivery of costings that meet our customers' expectations. Your contributions will help drive the success of our growing facility.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and coordinate office procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate record-keeping through data entry in our ERP system, including production orders and inter-company transfer orders.
Organize and manage a systematic filing system for work orders, packing slips, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Process inventory, materials, and labor costs, and generate invoices for customers.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks.
Assist with maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.
Provide backup support for reception duties.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with office technology and equipment, including fax machines, printers, copiers, scanners, and computers .
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to maintaining a professional environment focused on exceptional service.
Ability to develop and sustain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Industry knowledge is an asset.
Experience with Syspro ERP system is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
