We are growing and are excited to add an Administrative Assistant to our team.
We are a medium-sized CPA firm located in Langley with 2 Partners and 20 staff. Our doors opened 5 years ago, but we bring decades of experience and strong connections in this community. Our goal is to be the best accounting firm in Langley.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a professional office setting, is highly organized, and thrives on helping both clients and colleagues. The successful candidate will:
Provide front-desk reception and administrative support
Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Prepare and format documents, letters, and reports
Maintain filing systems and client records (both electronic and paper)
Support staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative or office experience, ideally in a professional services environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A positive, professional, and client-focused attitude
