Administrative Assistant PallayPack Inc. is a privately owned company based in Kirkland, Quebec. Our dedicated team of professionals work to design and build high-quality machinery for the machine manufacturing industry. We pride ourselves on our innovative machinery and our commitment to developing better solutions for our customers? packaging challenges. We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team. As Administrative Assistant at PallayPack Inc., you will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations at our company. Working under the supervision of the Department Manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential administrative support to various departments. Main Tasks:

  • Handle and redirect phone calls.
  • Assist in the preparation, tracking, and receiving of shipments.
  • Assist in the preparation, drafting, and publishing of quotations for the sales department.
  • Support our project and sales teams with daily administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update the database.
  • Filing and data entry.
  • Tasks as required from the President.
  • Other duties as required.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Accounting literacy and/or experience is highly valued.
  • Confident in communicating with external customers.
  • Able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel.
  • Thrives in a busy, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in an office environment.
  • Proficient in English, with a basic level of French.

Sous la supervision du chef de service, votre principale responsabilit? sera de fournir un soutien administratif essentiel aux diff?rents services. T?ches principales :
  • G?rer et rediriger les appels t?l?phoniques.
  • Aider avec la pr?paration, suivi et r?ception des exp?ditions.
  • Aider avec la pr?paration, r?daction et publication de propositions de prix pour le d?partement des ventes.
  • Assister nos ?quipes de projet et de vente dans leurs t?ches administratives.
  • Maintenance quotidien et classement de donn?es dans la base de donn?es.
  • Autres t?ches en fonction des besoins et par le pr?sident.
