Seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team for a fast-paced Home Healthcare business in Kingston. Duties will consist of :
Front Desk Duties
Excellent customer service, Assisting Clients with equipment requests.
Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
Strong Organizational skills, the ability to multitask and good communication skills are a must.
Team player
Knowledge of QuickBooks online, is an asset.
Organizing files
Communicating with clients and other professionals through calls, email, in-person
Knowledge of Excel is must.
Knowledge of equipment is not essential but helpful.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
