Overview:

Administrator/Data Entry

Real Estate office seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.

Duties:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage front desk activities including greeting visitors and answering calls
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Support office staff with clerical tasks as needed
- Utilize computerized systems for organizing information
- Handle tasks related to office organization and cleanliness

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus
- Previous Real Estate Experience would be valuable

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
