A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is required
Description of duties:
Creating reports
Answering phones, door, and reply to emails, check messages, redirecting as necessary
Photocopy and file as necessary
Open and prioritize incoming mail; arrange for couriers and deliveries
Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, meeting agendas, and other documents
Assist with scheduling needs
Assist administratively with client intake/meetings
Administrative and operational duties as assigned
Perform other tasks as assigned including running errands, ordering and pick up of lunch, etc.
Packing orders
Mail out bulk correspondence
Organizing, maintaining stock
Other duties as assigned

Salary: $17.20 per hour
