About the Job:
We're looking for a rockstar office assistant to work with us and deliver amazing results to our clients. As our part time office assistant you will work with us on a part time basis and be responsible for the following tasks:
Answer all calls, emails, and queries from customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
Schedule and confirm appointments
Data entry (e.g. estimate, job, invoice, submit invoices to Clean BC)
Pull permits for jobs, gas fitting licenses
File
Follow up on accounts receivables.
Additional duties assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
As the title says, we're looking for a "Rockstar Office Assistant" and this doesn't mean anybody... You must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this job:
We are willing to train the right person
A strong desire to acquire new skills and knowledge
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite
Show a passion for continuous learning and development.
Ability to communicate professionally, fluently and coherently and provide great customer service
Be prepared to provide examples of past situations where you quickly learned a new skill or adapted to a new challenge
Must be motivated
