The incumbent functions as a primary point of contact for the Managers responding to general information requests related to the office or referring calls to others as appropriate. The Assistant also acts as liaison between management, staff, physicians and the community. Provides confidential administrative service with high quality of organizational and communication skills to assist and support the Manager in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the office on a daily basis.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Graduate of a recognized office administration program/business program/secretarial program.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience OR a combination of equivalent education, training, and experience
  • Understands and works within the formal and informal influences and decision-making relationships within the organization.
  • Brings to the attention of manager any issues affecting program effectiveness or efficiency.
  • Is a self-starter in achieving position related goals.
  • Sets high performance goals, understands which decisions can be made alone and which require consultation with others and acts accordingly.
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
