Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
Answer multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Provide clerical support, including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software as needed.
Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries and providing assistance as required.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative functions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Experience
Previous administrative experience is preferred, with a focus on clerical duties and customer support.
Familiarity with medical or dental office environments is a plus, particularly experience as a dental receptionist.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in data entry and filing systems is essential.
