Administrative Assistant provides critical support for the CHC Team.
Assists general manager with appointment scheduling, travel bookings, and expense reporting
Coordinate meeting details - including room, audio/visual, catering
Coordinate logistics for 4 key internal events per year, providing critical link between planning team and events agency and ensuring events are well planned and executed
Manage purchase orders and invoicing for team, become local expert on vendor management process and system
Performs other administrative duties as assigned
