Administrative Assistant provides critical support for the CHC Team.

  • Assists general manager with appointment scheduling, travel bookings, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate meeting details - including room, audio/visual, catering
  • Coordinate logistics for 4 key internal events per year, providing critical link between planning team and events agency and ensuring events are well planned and executed
  • Manage purchase orders and invoicing for team, become local expert on vendor management process and system
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned

  • Assiste le directeur general dans la planification des rendez-vous, les reservations de voyage et les rapports de depenses
  • Coordonner les details de la reunion - y compris la salle, l'audio/visuel, la restauration
  • Coordonner la logistique pour 4 evenements internes cles par an, en fournissant un lien essentiel entre l'equipe de planification et l'agence d'evenements et en veillant a ce que les evenements soient bien planifies et executes
  • Gerer les bons de commande et la facturation pour l'equipe, devenir un expert local du processus et du systame de gestion des fournisseurs
  • Effectuer d'autres taches administratives assignees
