Administrative Coordinator
Burlington / Oakville, ON
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
100% In Office Position
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000/year
:
- Respond to all incoming emails (high volume)
- Coordinate meetings and book appointments
- Book travel
- Support the sales team - respond to sales inquiries, prepare quotes, and maintain price sheets
- Process and input customer orders
- Assist with generating invoices
- Process expense sheets
- Generate daily and weekly reports
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, reception, sales support, or customer service roles
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
- Strong computer skills include MS Office & Excel
