Job Summary:
I am seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join my team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle data entry tasks, and assist in maintaining office efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing documents
- Manage phone systems, answer and direct calls with professionalism
- Assist with data entry using various software applications
- Provide customer support and address inquiries promptly and courteously
- Utilize various different software for scheduling, email correspondence, and document creation
- Support office operations by coordinating appointments and managing client records
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection policies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively
