Preparing daily sales reports and posting journal entries to accounting software
General accounting functions: accounts payable and receivable (preparing statements, invoices, cheques)
Preparing bank deposits and managing supply of coin and small bills for cash registers
Answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking messages
Taking catering and other customer orders and relaying information to kitchen and other departments as necessary
Preparing invoices for catering orders
Personnel administration: preparing new hire packages and possibly payroll and benefits administration depending on the experience of the incumbent
Working Cash in the front-of-house during lunch periods, if needed
General administrative functions, as required, including maintaining par stock of office supplies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
