We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties



Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate filing systems for easy retrieval of information. Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and preparing reports as needed. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records using QuickBooks or similar software. Handle customer service inquiries and provide support to clients in a friendly and efficient manner. Coordinate appointments and manage schedules for team members while ensuring effective communication across departments. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, Support administrative functions by organizing office supplies and maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications



Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role with strong clerical experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred; experience in bookkeeping is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills to enhance client interactions. Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Pay: $15.70-$26.00 per hour
