If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking an Administrative Assistant.



The Administrative Assistant will be capable of working independently, tracking deadlines and communicating with internal team members and external clients in a busy environment.



As Administrative Assistant, you'll get to:



Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and taking meeting minutes. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a highly professional manner. Perform general administrative duties such as typing, filing, and data entry. Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures, recommending improvements to workflow and processes. Assist in drafting, reviewing, proofreading, and finalizing documents, reports, and correspondence. Processing invoices. Preparing reports to department leadership. Collaborate across departments and staff to support smooth workflows. Ensure confidentiality and maintain the highest level of integrity when handling sensitive files. Assist with other general administrative duties, as required.

What we're looking for:



Strong communication and customer service skills, both verbally and in writing. Ability to take initiative, work independently and exercise good judgment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with MS Office suite. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, however anyone with transferrable skills is encouraged to apply.
