We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at A Bright Beginning Child Care Society. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the efficient operation of our office for the executive and program directors. This is position is hourly for 30 hours per week.
Duties
-clerical duties assigned by the directors
-inventory check of cleaning and office supplies
-organizing fundraisers
-provide excellent professional service to families, and interested families
-answer phone and the door
-maintain the program's website
-must be part of the Health and Safety team, maintain inside/ outside inspections weekly and kitchen checks daily when Cook is absent, required by AB Health
Qualifications
-experience an asset
-knowledge of word, canva and excel spreadsheets
-be organized and use time management skills effectively
-have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-adapt with the changing needs of the child care programs
-maintain confidentiality
