Administrative Assistant
to join our team.
The Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring our office operations run smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, lenders, and partners - helping to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support
Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
Prepare and process documents
Schedule appointments and maintain client files
Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met
Keep CRM systems and databases up to date
Perform general office duties (filing, scanning, data entry)
About You:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (mortgage or finance industry preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Having a mortgage broker license is advantageous but not required.
