Work Status: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Location: Regina, SK (Onsite)

About the Role:
Global Regina is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join their team. Reporting to the News Manager, the successful candidate for this position will be required to work Monday-Friday and perform a variety of administrative duties.

You will contribute by:

  • Provide extensive and confidential administrative support to the Executive Assistant as required.
  • Assist with Payroll and Accounts Payable.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of internal programs and processes.
  • Participate in coordination of team social events and annual charity campaigns.
  • Coordinate all incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages.
  • Prepare, review and modify general templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence materials.
  • Assist other members of the team in the daily operations of the station.
  • Various office duties.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Skills and Experience you will bring:
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A minimum of 1 years\' experience in an administrative position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask with attention to detail.
  • Some knowledge with payroll and accounts payable would be an asset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a harmonious working relationship with co-workers with a can do positive attitude.
