At Haab Ventures we strive to accomplish successful projects with our clients though teamwork, experience, and our talented craftsmen while ensuring safety is our top priority. We are currently looking to hire a full-time administrative assistant.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and taking/relaying messages as appropriate
. Assisting all Managers & Departments as necessary
Data entry into Sage 50
. Prepping and Organizing A/R & A/P
Safety data entry, including submitting safety documents as required to maintain compliance with ISN & Comply works, and monitoring for status changes
Setting up Job Numbers
Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
. Light Cleaning Duties
Various miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested day-to-day
Required Skills:
Positive phone etiquette
Strong organizational skills
Efficient time management
. Proficient in Vericlock and Work Hub would be considered and asset
Positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
Strong ability to prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met on time
. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
