Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our client's operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing timekeeping processes, coordinating employee support services, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You should be proactive, adaptable, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. For this position you must be a residence of wood Buffalo region and at least 2 years of Administrative experience in oil & energy or heavy construction industry. Workday and Service now experience is considered an asset.
Location: Fort McMurray, AB
Shift: 7:30am - 7:30pm, 6 days on, 6 days off (On-site) No remote or Hybrid work arrangements

Responsibilities:
Manage timekeeping through Workday and ServiceNow.
Maintain and update time on/off spreadsheets.
Process vacation and absence requests.
Conduct time audits and communicate gaps with leadership.
Resolve time entry issues in collaboration with the Time Advisory team.
Prepare vacation packages and manage point system.
Run reports on time-related concerns.
Coordinate team functions and events as required.
Order and distribute coveralls, coffee for switch-out shacks, and prescription safety eyewear.
Manage corporate credit cards and taxi callouts.
Administer locker assignments, tracking, and audits.
Process employee recognition cards and provide associated rewards.
Act as Building Fire Warden.
Support leadership with ad-hoc administrative requests (e.g., float management)
Qualifications:
Ability to self-manage time and effectively prioritize tasks.
Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Team-oriented with strong collaboration abilities.
Proficiency in Workday.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
