Duties
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Handle scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management for staff or clients
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and ensuring excellent customer service standards
Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents for accuracy and professionalism
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications and Quick Books
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Experience with data entry, filing systems, and clerical tasks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is preferred
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
