Must be proficient with MS Office 365 and all applications (1yr + office experience preferred) and comfortable working in the construction industry. Must be detail oriented, accurate, and self-motivated to accomplish tasks with limited supervision but with a great support team in place. Must live locally on southern Vancouver Island as this is an in office, in person position.
Duties to include accurate accounts payable scanning & data entry; general administrative and clerical support; petty cash distribution & reconciliation; credit cards; fuel statements; channeling general phone calls, emails and mail; office supplies inventory & ordering; filing and other reception duties. Excel & Word document preparation and updates; receive & sort mail, facsimiles, emails and deliveries, and some off-site duties such as mail pick up/drop off, drop box pick ups, invoice payments, bank deposits, supplies pick up, monthly water testing drop off.
